About this exercise
Write one sentence of under 28 words that begins exactly with "You told us", uses the buyer's own phrase from the notes in quotation marks, includes exactly one number from the buyer's statements, and ends with the buyer's goal date. Don't mention a feature, product name, or any number we supplied. Plain text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Adding our claim. The AI adds 'cut close time by 50%'. Try: Add: "Use only the buyer's own words and numbers."
- Two numbers. The AI uses both 6 days and 3 days. Try: Add: "Include exactly one number."
- Missing the quote or date. The AI paraphrases and omits March 31. Try: Add: "Quote the buyer's phrase and end with the goal date."
- Wrong opener or length. The AI starts with 'Based on our call'. Try: Add: "Begin exactly with You told us; one sentence under 28 words."
