Make a German modal verbs quiz from your chart
Practice: Keeping the AI to your sources. About 5 minutes.
About this exercise
Your German 2 quiz is on modal verbs. Get exactly 5 numbered fill-in-the-blank sentences in German with the modal infinitive in parentheses, then all answers together under an 'Answers' line, under 100 words total, plain text. Use only the modals on Frau Weber's chart, and follow her correction about 'möchten'.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Not saying how many sentences. The AI picks its own number, and it usually picks more sentences than you need. Try: Be exact: "Exactly 5 numbered sentences."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total and it often lands 20% over. Try: Cap each sentence: "each under 10 words."
- Not limiting the modals. The AI uses sollen and mögen, which aren't on this quiz. Try: Say: "Only the 5 modals on my chart."
- Missing the correction. Your wrong möchten form is still in the material. Try: Add: "ich möchte, per Frau Weber."
- Answers under each sentence. Seeing the answer right away means you never test yourself. Try: Add: "Put all answers at the end under 'Answers'."
What a strong prompt includes

- Limits the modals
