Answer employee questions from the code of conduct and its update
- For Compliance and risk
- You practice Keeping the AI to your sources
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Write an FAQ answering the three employee questions in the material, using only the code excerpt and the update. Plain text. Format each as "Q: ..." then "A: ...", in the order asked, each answer under 30 words. Use the updated gift limit. If the code does not answer a question, the answer is exactly: Contact Compliance directly. Do not give opinions on what is allowed beyond the text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old limit. The AI uses $50 from the 2025 code. Try: Say: "Use the updated limit from the Oct 1 update."
- Guessing about declined gifts. The AI says declined gifts probably don't need reporting. Try: Say: "If the code doesn't answer, write exactly: Contact Compliance directly."
- Wrong format. The AI writes paragraphs or adds extra questions. Try: Say: "Exactly three Q:/A: pairs in the order asked."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
