About this exercise
Build a compliance calendar from the obligations sheet. Reply with only a markdown table with the columns Due date | Obligation | Owner. Include only obligations due from Dec 1, 2026 to Mar 31, 2027. Write dates as YYYY-MM-DD, earliest first. Work out relative dates from the rule given. If an obligation has no exact date, write Date to confirm and put it last. Under 130 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Wrong relative date. The AI guesses or skips the 15-days-after-quarter-end rule. Try: Say: "Work out relative dates from the rule (15 days after Dec 31)."
- Out-of-window items. The AI lists everything on the sheet. Try: Say: "Only obligations due Dec 1, 2026 to Mar 31, 2027."
- Guessing a date. The AI invents a date for the Whistleblower review. Try: Say: "If there is no exact date write Date to confirm, last."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
