About this exercise
Today is Nov 6. Start with the exact line "Rowan Health champion checklist", then make a checklist of the five tasks that help our champion make the case internally. Each line is formatted "[ ] Task - Mon D (N days)", where N is the number of days from Nov 6 to the due date. Sort by due date, earliest first. Plain text, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Sorting by importance. The team draft sorts ROI first. Try: Say: "Sort by due date, earliest first."
- Wrong day counts. The AI counts from the wrong date. Try: Say: "N = days from Nov 6 to the due date."
- Wrong line format. The AI writes bullets and descriptions. Try: Show: [ ] Task - Nov 13 (7 days).
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands well over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
