About this exercise
Triage the six accounts. Output a table with the header row exactly "Account | Tier | Triggers" and six rows sorted High, then Medium, then Low, alphabetical inside a tier. Tier is High for 2 or more triggers, Medium for 1, Low for 0. Triggers use codes like T1+T2 (or "-"). Apply the exact boundaries. Today is Nov 6. Plain text, table only.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Misreading boundaries. Cedar's -30% is not MORE than 30%; Fox's 14 days is not MORE than 14. Try: Say: "Apply the exact boundaries: MORE than 30%, MORE than 14 days."
- Missing T4. The AI ignores the combined renewal and meeting rule. Try: Say: "T4 needs BOTH renewal within 60 days and no meeting in 30 days."
- Wrong sort or header. The AI sorts by account name only. Try: Say: "Sort by tier, then alphabetical."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
What a strong prompt includes
- Asks for plain text
- States the boundaries
- Gives the header and sort
