About this exercise
Show how the health score is built for Pierce Dental in exactly five lines: one for each factor ("Usage:", "Support:", "Sponsor:", "NPS:") formatted like "Usage: 70 x 40% = 28", then "Total:" with the sum and the band. Use the current weights, not the old ones. Plain text, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old weights. The old spreadsheet is in the material. Try: Say: "Use the current weights 40/20/20/20."
- Showing only the total. The AI gives 68 with no factor lines. Try: Say: "One line per factor: score x weight = points."
- Missing the band. The AI forgets the band or sum. Try: Say: "Total: the sum and the band."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands well over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
