- For HR and recruiting
- You practice Saying who it's for
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Write a glossary for new employees in plain text with exactly three entries in this order: Deductible, Copay, Out-of-pocket maximum. Format each as "Term: meaning. Example: ..." Each meaning is one sentence under 20 words and each example uses a dollar figure from the plan notes. Do not say which plan to choose. HR reviews before posting.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using Plus figures. The AI mixes in $750 or $3,000. Try: Say: "Use only the Basic plan notes."
- Recommending. The AI says Plus is better. Try: Say: "Do not say which plan to choose."
- Format. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Say: "Each entry: Term: meaning. Example: ..."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
