About this exercise

Write an action plan memo for Logistics managers in plain text with exactly these headings on their own lines: Theme, Action, Owner and date, How we will know. Under 160 words. Cover only the two themes the notes say were prioritized. Each section has one line per theme. Use only owners, dates and measures in the notes. Do not promise outcomes or comment on any individual.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Adding other themes. The AI plans for pay and recognition. Try: Say: "Cover only the two prioritized themes."
  • Naming Ravi. The AI mentions the comment. Try: Say: "Do not comment on any individual."
  • Headings. The AI invents sections. Try: Say: "Exactly these four headings."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
  • Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
