About this exercise
Compare the old and new text and list every change as a checklist in plain text. Each line starts with "[ ] " and follows the form "Section: was X, now Y." Include small changes such as numbers, deadlines and wording that changes who is responsible. Skip anything unchanged. At most 6 lines. After the list add a last line: Check with HR: followed by any change that could affect employee rights, or None. Do not give legal conclusions.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Listing unchanged items. The AI includes the doctor's note rule. Try: Say: "Skip anything unchanged."
- Missing small changes. The AI misses 15 to 10 minutes. Try: Say: "Include small changes such as numbers, deadlines and who is responsible."
- No check line. The AI ends without the flag. Try: Say: "Finish with Check with HR: or None."
- Format. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Say: "Each line starts with [ ] and uses Section: was X, now Y."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
