About this exercise
Email sales manager Terrence Boyd the triage of the four NDAs against the playbook. Plain text, under 170 words. A Subject line, then "Hi Terrence,". One line per NDA in the order RED first, then YELLOW, then GREEN, like: Calder - RED - reason. Judge clauses, not titles. Then a line: Send to legal: naming every NDA that is not GREEN. The final line must be exactly: Counts: 1 RED, 2 YELLOW, 1 GREEN. Do not say any NDA is safe to sign.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Trusting the title. The AI treats Calder as mutual and marks it YELLOW. Try: Say: "Judge clauses, not titles."
- Following Terrence's note. The AI lets him sign Orchid because of the relationship. Try: Say: "Triage by the playbook only; Orchid is outside it."
- Wrong order. The AI lists in the order received. Try: Say: "RED first, then YELLOW, then GREEN."
- Missing exclusivity. The AI overlooks the Halden exclusivity clause. Try: Say: "Check all four standard items per NDA."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI runs long. Try: Say: "Each NDA line under 18 words."
- Markdown. The AI uses a table or bold. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold."
