About this exercise
Triage the NDA extract for sales rep Marcus Obi, using the playbook in the material. Plain text, under 100 words. Line 1 must be exactly TRIAGE: GREEN, TRIAGE: YELLOW or TRIAGE: RED. Then one line for each item that sits outside the standard. The last line must be exactly Legal review: needed or Legal review: not needed. Do not say whether any term is enforceable or give legal advice.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Trusting the sales note. The AI repeats that it is a standard form so it must be fine. Try: Say: "Judge only against the playbook in the material."
- Missing the one-way clause. The AI reads the title and assumes the NDA is mutual. Try: Say: "Check who is bound by each clause."
- No fixed first line. The AI writes a paragraph before the verdict. Try: Say: "Line 1 exactly TRIAGE: RED, YELLOW or GREEN."
- Giving legal opinions. The AI says a term is enforceable or risky in law. Try: Say: "No legal advice; end with Legal review: needed or not needed."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long. Try: Say: "Each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds the verdict or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold."
