About this exercise

Answer the three questions for sales rep Jo Park using only the contract extract. Plain text, formatted as Q1:, A1:, Q2:, A2:, Q3:, A3: on separate lines, with the question repeated in short form. Each answer is under 25 words. If the contract does not say, the answer is exactly: The contract doesn't say - ask legal. Questions: 1) Can the customer cancel mid-term? 2) Does the price go up at renewal? 3) Do customers get a refund when the service is down?

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Repeating the account exec. The AI says customers get a credit because the Slack note said so. Try: Say: "Use only the contract extract."
  • Guessing on silence. The AI says there is no refund. Try: Say: "If silent, answer exactly: The contract doesn't say - ask legal."
  • Skipping the conditions. The AI says the customer can cancel anytime. Try: Say: "Include the conditions from the clause."

  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI runs long. Try: Say: "Each answer under 20 words."
