Rank the three most serious issues in the contract findings using the severity table. Exactly three numbered lines, highest severity first; ties go in section order. Format each like: 1. [Critical] Section 4.3 - issue in under 12 words. Skip anything Low or Medium. Then a last line: Counsel to review all three. Do not say what the law requires.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Including Medium items. The AI adds Net 60 as a third issue. Try: Say: "Skip anything Low or Medium."
  • Wrong order. The AI puts a High before the Critical. Try: Say: "Highest severity first; ties in section order."
  • Flagging the cap. The AI lists the liability cap though it is capped. Try: Say: "Use only the severity table."
  • Ignoring the format. The AI writes long sentences without severity tags. Try: Say: "Format: 1. [Critical] Section 4.3 - issue under 12 words."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI runs long. Try: Say: "Each issue under 12 words."
