About this exercise
Write a 4-question quiz for employees from the policy, then a heading line exactly "Answers" and four answers. Questions are numbered 1 to 4 and are short scenarios. Each answer is one sentence ending with a section reference in parentheses, such as (Section 2). Use the new limit from the update. Plain text. Compliance reviews the quiz before use. Do not say what any law requires.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Old limit. The AI uses $75. Try: Say: "Use the new $50 limit from the update."
- No section references. The AI explains without citing sections. Try: Say: "End each answer with a section reference in parentheses."
- Outside rules. The AI adds general gift etiquette or legal claims. Try: Say: "Answer only from the policy."
- Layout. The AI puts answers under each question or skips the heading. Try: Say: "Questions first, then a line 'Answers', then four answers."
- Wrong question count. The AI writes more or fewer questions. Try: Say: "Exactly N numbered questions before Answers."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
