Shift budget to the cheapest channel and show net leads

About this exercise
You must shift marketing budget by a fixed rule: move exactly 20% of the highest-CPL channel's budget to the lowest-CPL channel, as long as no channel's budget rises by more than 50%. Write a prompt for a markdown table with columns Channel | Old budget | New budget for all four channels, then a line starting "Net leads:" showing leads gained minus leads lost at each channel's current CPL. Under 90 words, no other text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Taking from Social. The AI cuts Social, which feels expensive. Try: Say: "Take the 20% from the highest-CPL channel: check every CPL."
- Moving the wrong amount. The AI moves 20% of total or 20% of Email. Try: Say: "20% of the highest-CPL channel's budget."
- Missing the lost leads. The AI reports only the gain. Try: Say: "Net leads = gained minus lost."
- Letting markdown through. AI adds bold text and headings by default. Try: Add: "Plain text only, no bold, no headings."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and often runs past a word limit. Try: Cap each part (for example "each line under 15 words") so the total lands well under the limit.
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the table columns
- States the move rule
- Mentions the 50% cap
- Defines net leads
- Caps length
