- For Marketing and content
- You practice Setting limits and rules
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Your form lets visitors download the 2027 Planning Guide after entering their email. Write a prompt for exactly 3 numbered button labels, each 2 or 3 words and starting with a verb, with at least one containing the word "guide". None may be "Submit", "Click here", "Learn more" or "Download now". Plain text, labels only.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Reusing banned labels. The AI offers the generic labels. Try: Name the banned labels.
- Long labels. The AI writes full phrases. Try: Say: "2 or 3 words each."
- No mention of the guide. The labels are generic. Try: Say: "At least one includes the word guide."
- Wrong number of items. AI adds extra items or drops the numbering. Try: Say the exact count and show the format, like "1. Label: detail".
What a strong prompt includes
- Sets the count
- Sets word count and verb start
- Requires the word guide
- Bans generic labels
- Asks for labels only
