About this exercise
Plan the four weeks before the Meadow Mobile launch. Write a prompt for a markdown table with columns Week | Theme | Format | Owner, exactly 4 rows. Rules: no owner can be assigned a week they are away, the launch announcement must be in week 3, only one webinar in the whole plan, and themes must come from the idea list. Under 90 words, no text outside the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Assigning someone on leave. The AI ignores the availability list. Try: Add: "Never assign an owner in a week they're away."
- Planning two webinars. Two ideas could be webinars; the AI uses both. Try: Say: "Exactly one webinar in the whole plan, owned by Chloe."
- Inventing a podcast. The AI adds channels not in the list. Try: Say: "Themes only from the idea list."
- Extra commentary. AI adds a rationale after the table. Try: Say: "Table only, under 90 words."
- Letting markdown through. AI adds bold text and headings by default. Try: Add: "Plain text only, no bold, no headings."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the table columns
- States the launch rule
- Limits webinars
- Respects availability
- Keeps themes to the list
