Write signup form labels and helper text for four fields

About this exercise
You're writing microcopy for the Parcelpath demo request form. Write a prompt for a markdown table with columns Field | Label | Helper text for exactly the four current fields, helper text 8 words or fewer, then a line starting "Consent line:" of 20 words or fewer. The consent line says they'll get product emails and can unsubscribe, and must not promise that data is never shared.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Keeping the phone field. The AI includes a field from the older form. Try: Say: "Only the four current fields."
- Promising privacy. The old consent line says 'never share your data'. Try: Say: "Don't promise data is never shared."
- Long helper text. Helper text turns into sentences. Try: Say: "Helper text 8 words or fewer."
- Letting markdown through. AI adds bold text and headings by default. Try: Add: "Plain text only, no bold, no headings."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the table columns
- Lists the four fields
- Excludes phone
- Caps helper text
- Specifies the consent line
