Condense the final holiday hours into four lines

About this exercise
Write a prompt for a notice with exactly four lines starting "Closed:", "Short days:", "Order cutoff:" and "Normal hours resume:". Use only the final schedule, not the old draft. Dates include the weekday. Plain text, under 80 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old draft. The AI closes Fri Dec 26 or opens Fri Nov 28 all day. Try: Say: "Use the FINAL schedule only; ignore the Oct 3 draft."
- Missing a short day. The AI lists only Thanksgiving week. Try: Say: "Short days: all three early closings or limited days."
- Dates without weekdays. The AI writes Nov 27 only. Try: Say: "Include the weekday with each date."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold, headings and bullets by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
What a strong prompt includes
- Quotes the four labels
- Says to use the final schedule
- Asks for weekdays
- Covers all short days
- Asks for plain text
