About this exercise
Write a summary for recruiting lead Tamsin Aoki in plain text, under 110 words, with three labeled lines: Scores:, Comments:, Fix first:. Scores: gives the response count and the two averages exactly as in the notes. Comments: names the two most common themes with their counts. Fix first: is one process change within recruiting's control, not about pay or hiring decisions. Use only the notes. No candidate names.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Naming candidates. The AI quotes Priya T. or Mo. Try: Say: "No candidate names or quotes."
- Fixing the wrong thing. The AI suggests pay transparency. Try: Say: "Fix first must be in recruiting's control, not pay."
- Missing counts. The AI writes 'many candidates'. Try: Say: "Comments: the two most common themes with their counts."
- Labels. The AI writes prose. Try: Say: "Three lines labeled Scores:, Comments:, Fix first:."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
