About this exercise
Build a schedule for Thursday Nov 19 as a table with the header Time | Interview | Interviewer | Candidate. Each interview is 45 minutes, back to back, starting 9:00 am. Assign interviews in this order: Technical, Behavioral, Team fit. Use only interviewers who are available at that time. Plain text, no bold. If a slot cannot be filled, write "Unfilled" in the Interviewer column. After the table, one line: Unfilled slots: followed by a number.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Double-booking. The AI assigns an interviewer who is not free the whole slot. Try: Say: "Interviewer must be free for the entire slot and qualified."
- Including Wesley. The AI adds the VP. Try: Say: "Use only interviewers listed as available."
- Wrong table. The AI changes columns or slot times. Try: Say: "Header exactly as given; slots 9:00, 9:45, 10:30."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
