- For Revenue operations
- You practice Catching mistakes and made-up facts
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Advanced
About this exercise
Review the capacity model's assumptions against the source data. Write a checklist of at most 5 lines, each exactly like "- [ ] Assumption: model says X; source says Y", each under 25 words. List only assumptions that disagree with their source. Do not list assumptions that match. Nothing before or after the list.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Listing matches. The AI lists every assumption, including headcount and territories. Try: Add: "List only assumptions that disagree with their source."
- Missing the hiring timeline. The AI doesn't connect the Nov 15 requisitions and 75-day fill time to the Jan 1 start. Try: Add: "Check the start date against the recruiting plan."
- Wrong format. The AI writes paragraphs and recommendations. Try: Add: "Each line exactly: - [ ] Assumption: model says X; source says Y."
- Missing a mismatch. The AI flags only the first two or three. Try: Add: "Compare every assumption with its source."
