About this exercise
Report the contact cleanup workload in exactly 4 plain-text lines starting Stale:, Bounced:, Do not contact:, Unique to review:. Each of the first three shows the count, the total of 5,000 and the whole-number percent like "1,200 of 5,000 (24%)". Unique to review shows the sum minus the overlap, like "a + b + c - d = N". Count contacts that fall in more than one group only once.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Double-counting the overlap. The AI reports 1,390. Try: Add: "Subtract the 60-contact overlap so each contact counts once."
- Wrong percentages. The AI writes 0.8%. Try: Add: "Whole-number percents."
- Math not shown. The AI states 1,330 only. Try: Add: "Show a + b + c - d = N."
- Wrong format. The AI writes a table. Try: Add: "Four labeled lines, plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
- Lists the four labels
- Shows counts with percents
- Subtracts the overlap
