Check four accounts for expansion signals using a two-of-three rule
- For Revenue operations
- You practice Catching mistakes and made-up facts
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Check each account against the three expansion signals and write exactly 4 numbered lines in the account order given: "1. Account - N of 3 - Yes" or "- No". An account is a candidate (Yes) with 2 or more signals. Boundaries are inclusive as written. Then a final line starting "Candidates:" listing the Yes accounts separated by commas. Plain text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old rule. The AI requires all 3 signals. Try: Add: "Candidate = at least 2 of 3."
- Excluding the exact edges. The AI treats exactly 90% as not enough. Try: Add: "Thresholds are inclusive: 90% or more, 3 or more."
- Missing the Candidates line. The AI ends after the list. Try: Add: "Final line: Candidates: and the Yes accounts."
- Wrong format. The AI writes a table. Try: Add: "4 numbered lines plus the Candidates line, plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
- Shows the line format
- States the rule
- States inclusive edges
- Adds the Candidates line
- Plain numbered lines
