About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Field | Filled | Required for | Percent | Flag and one row per field in the order given. Percent is filled divided by the number of opportunities that field is required for, whole-number percent. Flag is "Fix" if the percent is under 90% and "OK" otherwise (exactly 90% is OK). No bold, nothing outside the table, under 90 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using 200 for every field. The AI computes Competitor as 41%. Try: Add: "Use each field's own required count."
- Flagging exactly 90%. The AI flags Competitor. Try: Add: "Exactly 90% is OK."
- Commentary. The AI responds to the manager. Try: Add: "Nothing outside the table."
- Bold and wrong columns. The AI bolds Fix. Try: Add: "No bold; exactly the five columns."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the columns
- Uses own denominators
- States the edge
- Keeps the order
- Table only
