About this exercise
Rewrite the paragraph for new reps in plain words. Keep every number and date exactly. Plain text, under 60 words, 3 sentences at most, and do not use any of these words: stage-gate, adherence, leverage, operationalize, cadence, enablement. Start with "From Monday Nov 16,".
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Keeping the jargon. The AI keeps 'leverage' and 'cadence'. Try: Add: "Don't use stage-gate, adherence, leverage, operationalize, cadence, enablement."
- Dropping numbers. The AI says 'soon after'. Try: Add: "Keep every number and date exactly."
- Losing the consequence. The AI drops the flagging. Try: Add: "Say records without a plan are flagged."
- Too long. The AI explains at length. Try: Add: "Under 60 words, at most 3 sentences."
