About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Tool | Licenses | Active | Use % and one row per tool in the order given. Use % = active divided by licenses, whole number. After the table add one line starting "Flagged:" listing the tools under 50% (strictly under), separated by commas, or None. No bold, nothing else, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Flagging exactly 50%. The AI flags the survey tool. Try: Add: "Strictly under 50%; exactly 50% is not flagged."
- Agreeing with the manager. The AI says nobody uses the call recorder. Try: Add: "Use the data only."
- Wrong percent. The AI divides licenses by active. Try: Add: "Use % = active / licenses."
- Bold and extras. The AI bolds flagged tools and adds advice. Try: Add: "No bold; nothing else."
