About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Source | Booked | Held | Held rate | Note, sorted from lowest held rate to highest. Held rate is held divided by booked, whole-number percent. Note is "Low sample" when booked is under 15, otherwise a dash. After the table add one line exactly: "Low-sample sources are not ranked." No bold, under 80 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Missing the sample flag. The AI calls Partner the best source. Try: Add: "Mark Low sample when booked is under 15."
- Wrong sort. The AI keeps the input order. Try: Add: "Sort lowest held rate first."
- Missing the exact line. The AI adds commentary. Try: Add: "End with the exact line."
- Bold and extras. The AI bolds the top source. Try: Add: "No bold; under 80 words."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the columns
- Defines the rate
