About this exercise
Write a Slack message to sales managers about leads that missed the 24-hour first-touch SLA. Plain text, no emoji, no @channel, under 70 words. Start with the total and show the sum, list only managers with at least one overdue lead, ordered from most to fewest, and end with one line asking them to clear their list by Monday noon. Neutral tone, no blame.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Listing zeros. The AI lists every manager. Try: Add: "List only managers with at least one overdue lead."
- Blaming a team. The AI repeats the 'worst' remark. Try: Add: "Neutral tone, no blame or opinions."
- Wrong order. The AI lists alphabetically. Try: Add: "Order from most to fewest."
- Slack clutter. The AI adds emoji and @channel. Try: Add: "Plain text, no emoji, no @channel, under 70 words."
