About this exercise
Calculate how much of each segment's lost deals were lost to price. Exclude no-decision deals from every count. Write exactly 4 plain-text lines sorted from highest share to lowest, each like "SMB: 22 of 40 = 55.0%", for SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise, then a last line "All: X of Y = Z%". One decimal place. Under 60 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including no-decision deals. The AI uses 15 for Enterprise (20.0%). Try: Add: "Exclude no-decision deals from every count: Enterprise is 10."
- Wrong overall. The AI averages the percentages or uses 80 deals. Try: Add: "All = total price losses / total counted losses."
- Wrong layout. The AI writes a table with commentary. Try: Add: "Exactly 4 plain-text lines like: SMB: 22 of 40 = 55.0%, under 60 words."
