About this exercise
An account is Red if it meets at least 2 of the 3 criteria. List only Red accounts as numbered lines "1. Account - criteria met (letters) - $ARR", in the order given, then a final line "Total ARR at risk:" showing the sum like "40 + 90 = $130K". Boundaries matter: use strictly greater than, as written. Plain text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Treating exactly -25% as more than 25%. The AI includes D. Try: Add: "Strictly more than 25%; exactly 25% does not meet (a)."
- Listing accounts with one criterion. The AI includes B. Try: Add: "Red needs at least 2 of 3."
- No sum. The AI states the total only. Try: Add: "Show the sum."
- Wrong format. The AI writes a table. Try: Add: "3 numbered lines plus the Total line, plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
- Shows the line form
- Sets the Red rule
- States boundaries
