About this exercise
Write a short message to a rep with their weekly scorecard. Plain text, starting exactly with "Hi Mateo,". Give exactly 3 dash bullets, one per metric, each like "Calls: 52 of 60 (87%)" with the whole-number percent of target. End with the exact line "Next 1:1: Thu Nov 12." Use a neutral tone: no praise, no criticism, no comparison to other reps. Under 60 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Adding judgments. The AI writes 'great effort' or 'push harder'. Try: Add: "Neutral tone; no praise or criticism."
- Comparing to Beatriz. The AI mentions the other rep's calls. Try: Add: "No comparisons to other reps."
- Wrong percents. The AI truncates 87.5% to 87%. Try: Add: "Round to whole numbers."
- Missing last line. The AI ends differently. Try: Add: "End with exactly: Next 1:1: Thu Nov 12."
