About this exercise
Assign each of the 6 accounts to a segment in a markdown table with columns Account | Segment | Rule. Segment is exactly Enterprise, Mid-Market or SMB. Rule is the number of the first matching rule (R1, R2 or R3). Boundaries are exactly as written. Nothing outside the table, no bold, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old Enterprise threshold. The AI calls Cedar Supply Enterprise. Try: Add: "Use the 2027 rules."
- Wrong boundaries. The AI makes Dune Logistics Enterprise at exactly 1,000. Try: Add: "More than 1,000 means above 1,000; 201 to 1,000 is inclusive."
- Missing the potential rule. The AI ignores Birch Labs' $250K. Try: Add: "R1 is employees OR potential."
- Extra text. The AI adds commentary. Try: Add: "Only the table, no bold."
What a strong prompt includes
