About this exercise
Summarize the SLA change for the executive team in exactly 3 sentences, plain text. Sentence 1: what changes and the effective date. Sentence 2: who it applies to and who it does not. Sentence 3: what happens when the new limit is missed. Use 4 business hours (the final), not the earlier figure. No abbreviations, no decimals and no acronyms in the three sentences.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the draft figure. The AI says 2 business hours. Try: Add: "Use the final 4 business hours."
- Missing the exclusions. The AI says it applies to all leads. Try: Add: "State who it does not apply to."
- Acronyms. The AI writes SLA and SDR. Try: Add: "No acronyms; spell terms out."
- Too many sentences. The AI adds a recap and a headcount note. Try: Add: "Exactly 3 sentences, plain text."
