Write the weekly update for the CEO in plain text with exactly 5 lines starting Bookings:, Pipeline:, Forecast:, Risk:, Ask:. Use the corrected figures from the correction note, round to the nearest $0.1M, and put exactly one ask on the Ask line. Each line under 18 words, no adjectives like strong or concerning.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the uncorrected figure. The AI reports 3.4. Try: Add: "Use the corrected figures from the correction note."
- Adding extras. The AI adds hires and tooling. Try: Add: "Exactly 5 lines; leave out other items."
- Spin words. The AI writes 'strong pipeline'. Try: Add: "No evaluative adjectives."
