Propose one vendor tier in three labeled lines

About this exercise
Write a prompt that applies the criteria to one vendor and returns three plain-text lines starting Facts:, Criteria met:, Proposed tier:. Under 70 words. The last line must read in the form "Proposed tier: Tier N - risk owner to confirm". Count only real personal data.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Counting the test records. AI counts 43,000 records and picks Tier 1. Try: Say: "Do not count the 40,000 synthetic records."
- Using the sales view. AI repeats 'low risk' as a reason. Try: Say: "Do not use the account manager's opinion."
- Wrong ending. AI ends with a long recommendation. Try: Say: "Last line exactly: Proposed tier: Tier 2 - risk owner to confirm"
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold, headings and bullets by default, which show up as stray symbols when pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
What a strong prompt includes
- Three labels
- Excludes synthetic
- Compare to threshold
- Exact last line
- Ignores opinion
