About this exercise
Fill in a one-page account plan using exactly these 6 labeled lines in plain text: Goal:, Key people:, Our position:, Competitor:, Biggest risk:, Next 30 days:. For anything the notes don't support, write "Unknown - find out" instead of guessing. Under 120 words. Next 30 days has exactly two actions with owners and dates (use only actions in the notes).
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Treating rumor as fact. The AI names Hauler as the competitor. Try: Add: "Unknown - find out for anything the notes don't support."
- Guessing the finance contact. The AI invents a CFO. Try: Add: "Don't guess names or budgets."
- Adding extra actions. The AI invents a third action. Try: Add: "Exactly two actions from the notes."
- Long plan. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Add: "Six labeled lines, plain text, under 120 words."
What a strong prompt includes
- Lists the six labels
- Uses Unknown - find out
- Fixes two actions
- Stays inside the notes
- Limits length
