About this exercise
A customer with 8 seats asks whether to pay monthly or annually. Write exactly 4 plain-text lines starting Monthly plan:, Annual plan:, You save:, Note:. Show the math on the first three lines and round to whole dollars. Write the math as plain numbers like "8 x 79 x 12 = 7584" with no $ signs or commas. The Note line must state the refund rule from the terms. Use current prices, not the old promo. Under 60 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old promo. The AI quotes '25% savings' from the old PDF. Try: Add: "Use current prices; ignore the expired promo."
- No yearly math. The AI compares monthly costs only. Try: Add: "Show the math for 12 months: 8 x $79 x 12."
- Vague note. The AI writes 'cancel any time' or leaves out the refund rule. Try: Add: "The Note line states the 30-day refund rule for annual."
- Wrong format. The AI adds a table and a recommendation paragraph. Try: Add: "Exactly 4 plain-text lines, under 60 words."
