About this exercise
From the call transcript, list the objections in numbered lines "N. Objection - Raised by (name) - minute". Include only objections the buyers raised, not the rep's hypotheticals or questions. List them in time order. Write exactly 3 lines, plain text, each under 18 words, and then a final line starting "Not an objection:" naming one thing that sounds like one but isn't.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Treating rep hypotheticals as objections. The AI lists 'setup takes months'. Try: Add: "Only objections the buyers raised."
- Wrong speaker. The AI credits Pilar for Quentin's lines. Try: Add: "Name who raised each objection with the minute."
- Missing the Not an objection line. The AI ends after the list. Try: Add: "Final line: Not an objection: and one example."
- Format sprawl. The AI writes tables and summaries. Try: Add: "3 numbered lines then the final line, plain text."
