About this exercise
Write a summary for your manager Kim in plain text with exactly 3 lines starting Outcome:, Risk:, Need from you:. Use the end-of-call outcome, not what was said at the start. Each line under 20 words. Need from you is one specific request with a date. Don't include small talk or details about the buyer's family.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Reporting the start-of-call plan. The AI says he plans to sign this week. Try: Add: "Use the end-of-call outcome."
- Including small talk. The AI mentions the daughter. Try: Add: "No small talk or family details."
- Vague request. The AI writes 'need your help'. Try: Add: "One specific request with a date."
- Long summary. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Add: "Three labeled lines, plain text, each under 20 words."
What a strong prompt includes
- Lists the three labels
- Uses the end-of-call outcome
- Asks for a dated request
- Bans small talk
- Limits length
