About this exercise
You are preparing the CEO of your company for a quarterly business review with a customer's sponsor. Write exactly four plain-text lines starting Win:, Concern:, Unknown:, Ask:. Win shows the usage math. Concern states the SLA miss with both numbers. Unknown says what was not measured, without guessing. Ask is one request. Each line under 28 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Guessing the unknown. The AI infers customer sentiment from usage. Try: Add: "Unknown: say what was not measured; do not guess a score."
- Hiding the SLA miss. The AI puts a positive spin on the response time. Try: Add: "Concern: state 5 hours versus the 4-hour target."
- Skipping the math. The AI says 'usage grew nicely'. Try: Add: "Win: show (2,000 - 1,640) / 1,640 = 22 percent."
- Repeating the opinion. The AI says 'they love us' as if it were data. Try: Add: "Use data only; do not repeat the account manager's opinion."
- Wrong layout. The AI writes slide-style bullets. Try: Add: "Four plain-text lines, each under 28 words."
