About this exercise
Brief your CRO on Mapleton Health. Write exactly three plain-text lines starting Numbers:, Risks:, Decision needed:. Numbers shows the ARR growth math and the license usage math. Risks names exactly two facts, with dates. Decision needed is exactly: "Approve naming the CRO as executive sponsor for 90 days." Under 85 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Skipping the math. The AI says 'ARR grew' and 'good adoption'. Try: Add: "Show (420,000 - 380,000) / 380,000 and 1,150 / 1,500 as percentages."
- Too many risks. The AI lists four risks including renewal timing. Try: Add: "Risks: exactly two facts with dates."
- Rewording the decision. The AI asks a vague question like 'What do we do?'. Try: Add: "Decision needed is exactly: Approve naming the CRO as executive sponsor for 90 days."
- Long brief. The AI writes a one-page memo. Try: Add: "Three plain-text lines, under 85 words."
