About this exercise
The customer wants to add 15 seats on Nov 1, 2026 to a term that ends Mar 31, 2027. Write exactly four plain-text lines starting Add-on seats:, Months remaining:, Due now:, At renewal:. Show the math in each of the last three lines using plain numbers (no $ or commas). Use the contract price, not the new-customer promo, and the real months left, not the customer's estimate. Under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the customer's 7 months. The AI follows the customer's estimate. Try: Add: "Count the real full months left: 5."
- Using the promo price. The AI uses $45 for new seats. Try: Add: "Use the existing contract rate of $40."
- Forgetting the new total at renewal. The AI stops at the add-on charge. Try: Add: "At renewal: 65 seats x 40 x 12."
- Dollar signs and extra text. The AI adds $ signs, commas and notes. Try: Add: "Plain numbers, no $ or commas; four lines, under 70 words."
