About this exercise
Gwen Alvarez agreed to take a reference call. Write a short brief to her with exactly three headings in this order: Who is calling, What they may ask, What you can decline to share. Use bullet points under each. Tell her to share only her own honest experience. Under 120 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Scripting her answers. The AI suggests talking points that sound like a sales pitch. Try: Add: "Tell her to share only her own honest experience; no scripted answers."
- Missing the decline list. The AI leaves out contract and pricing confidentiality. Try: Add: "Under the last heading list contract terms, pricing and other customers' information."
- Wrong headings. The AI uses its own headings or adds an intro. Try: Add: "Use exactly these three headings in order: ..."
- Too many bullets or words. The AI writes a long briefing. Try: Add: "Bullets under each heading, at most 12 in total, under 120 words."
