About this exercise
Summarize our fit for the RFP's 8 mandatory requirements in exactly 4 plain-text lines starting Met:, Partial:, Not met:, Decision:. Each of the first three lists the requirement numbers (like R2, R5) and the count. Use Met only for fully satisfied requirements as written in the matrix. Decision is exactly "Leadership to decide bid or no bid; sales makes no recommendation here." Under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Spinning R5. The AI moves R5 to Partial or Met. Try: Add: "Use Met only as written in the matrix."
- Recommending a bid. The AI says 'we should bid'. Try: Add: "Decision line is the exact sentence."
- Missing counts or numbers. The AI writes sentences. Try: Add: "List requirement numbers and the count."
- Wrong shape. The AI writes a memo. Try: Add: "Four labeled lines, plain text, under 70 words."
What a strong prompt includes
