- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Name | Role | Stance | Next move and one row per stakeholder named in the notes. Stance must be Supportive, Neutral, Opposed or Unknown, and use Supportive, Neutral or Opposed only if the person said so themselves in the notes; otherwise write Unknown. Next move is one action with a date or "None yet". Under 130 words and nothing outside the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Counting a guess as a stance. The AI marks Marcus Supportive from Priya's guess. Try: Add: "Stance only if the person said so themselves; otherwise Unknown."
- Inventing next moves. The AI makes up meetings with the CEO. Try: Add: "Next move from the notes with a date, or None yet."
- Extra commentary. The AI adds strategy under the table. Try: Add: "Nothing outside the table, no bold."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the columns
- Defines stance values
- Requires own statements
- Limits next moves
- Table only
