About this exercise

Build a plain-text table with the header row exactly "Time | Item | Led by" for a session that starts at 10:00 and ends at 11:30. Use all six items in the order given, with the durations needed to total exactly 90 minutes (the roadmap talk is capped at 15 minutes; every other duration stays as requested). Time shows a start-end range like 10:00-10:05. Then a last line "Customer-led: N of 90 minutes". Plain text.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Giving the roadmap more time. The AI follows the request for more roadmap detail. Try: Say: "The roadmap talk is capped at 15 minutes."
  • Times that do not add up. The AI leaves a gap or ends after 11:30. Try: Say: "Must total exactly 90 minutes, 10:00 to 11:30."
  • Missing the customer-led line. The AI skips the total. Try: Say: "Last line: Customer-led: N of 90 minutes."
  • Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
  • Trusting the AI to count words. The AI runs long and cannot count its own words. Try: Cap each part ("each line under 12 words") and add "under N words in total".

What a strong prompt includes
