Check five CSM books against account and ARR caps
- For Managers and team leads
- You practice Catching mistakes and made-up facts
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Return one code block with CSV using the header csm,accounts,arr_k,over_cap, one row per CSM in alphabetical order. accounts is the total count, arr_k is total ARR in thousands (whole number), and over_cap is yes if accounts are MORE than 30 or ARR is MORE than 4,000, else no. Equal to the cap is not over. Write no more than 6 words outside the block.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Keeping churned accounts. The AI counts Cleo's two churned SMBs. Try: Say: "Remove accounts that already churned."
- Treating equal as over. The AI marks Eli yes at exactly 30 and 4,000. Try: Say: "Equal to the cap is not over."
- Arithmetic slips. The AI multiplies tiers wrongly or skips a tier. Try: Say: "Accounts = sum of tier counts; ARR = 300 x Ent + 100 x Mid + 20 x SMB."
- Prose around the block. The AI explains the calculation. Try: Say: "One code block, at most 6 words outside it."
- Letting the block sprawl. The AI pretty-prints and adds extra lines. Try: Say "keep the block under N lines".
What a strong prompt includes

- Gives the ARR formula
- States the cap rule
- Removes churned accounts
