About this exercise

Write exactly 6 checklist lines, each starting "- [ ]" and ending with an owner in parentheses. Two lines must flag conflicts you can see in the documents (the name spellings, the tax ID digits). One line must be: "- [ ] Legal to confirm whether the contract needs an assignment or amendment (Legal)". Do not say whether the contract transfers. Plain text, nothing else.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Following the AE. The AI says to keep invoicing. Try: Say: "Do not say whether the contract transfers; route it to Legal."
  • Missing the tax ID mismatch. The AI notices only the names. Try: Say: "Flag the tax ID endings 4471 vs 4417 as a conflict to verify."
  • Owners missing. The AI writes tasks with no owner. Try: Say: "End each line with an owner in parentheses."
  • Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
  • Leaving the bullet count open. The AI keeps adding bullets until every detail is covered. Try: Name the cap: "at most N bullets, nothing else".
